Frances Allison Branan, age 28, of 1097 Cartwright Loop Whitwell, TN was arrested August 03, 2012 for Financial Transaction Card Fraud. Branan was released on $5,000 bond.

Samantha Dianne Floyd, age 27, of 103 Massengale Road Ringgold, GA was arrested August 03, 2012 for Terroristic Threats, Aggravated Assault and Cruelty to Children 3^rd Degree. No bond has been set. Floyd remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Angela Kay Smith, age 41, of 2204 Cedar Creek Drive Rossville, GA was arrested August 03, 2012 for a Probation Violation. Smith was released on $1,000 bond.
