Here is the Catoosa County Sheriff's arrest report for July 13-19. According to Sheriff Phil Summers, officers and detectives answered 1,797 calls. 70 were booked on a total of 151 counts. The violations included both misdemeanor and felony charges and were as follows:

Sheriff Summers reported that in addition to answering 1,797 calls, the following felony arrests were made.

Dakota Lee Basham, age 18, of 250 Jerry Eaves Lane Ringgold, GA was arrested July 13, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Basham remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Robert Lee Bryant, age 39, of 454 Old Lafayette Road Rossville, GA was arrested July 13, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Possession of Schedule IV Drugs, Drugs to be kept in Original Container, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Devices and Driving on Revoke or Suspended License. Bond has been set at $14,000. Bryant remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brandi Rose Moore, age 24, of 253 Blevins Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 13, 2012 for Bond Surrender for Theft by Taking Motor Vehicle. Moore was released on $5,000 bond.

Amy Luanne Albertson, age 37, of 3592 A Idle Wild Circle Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 16, 2012 for Theft by Taking. Bond has been set at $5,000. Albertson remains incarcerated at CCDC.

David Carrol Griggs, age 47, of 900 Mountain Creek Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 16, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime. Bond has been set at $8,000. Griggs remains incarcerated at CCDC.

William David Morgan, age 52, of 637 Cummings Hwy Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 16, 2012 for a Probation Violation, Bench Warrant for Forgery 1st Degree and Hold for Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. No bond has been set. Morgan remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Umeka Loretta Beasley, age 18, of 314 W 37th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 17, 2012 for Theft by Shoplifting. Bond has been set at $5,000. Beasley remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Brittany Shevon Hardy, age 24, of 1909 E 25th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 17, 2012 for Theft by Shoplifting and Probation Violation. Bond has been set at $6,988. Hardy remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Alqueta Monchella Stewart, age 24, of 2511 Vance Avenue Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 17, 2012 for Theft by Shoplifting. Bond has been set at $5,000. Stewart remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Lavon Curtis Stewart, age 26, of 13801 N 19th Street Tampa, FL was arrested July 17, 2012 for Burglary. Bond has been set at $5,000. Stewart remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Adam Joel Wantz, age 26, of 507 Stone Miller Road Cartersville, GA was arrested July 17, 2012 for Computer Pornography, Sexual Exploitation of a Child and Criminal Attempt to Commit Aggravated Child Molestation. Wantz was released on $25,000 bond.

Brittany Monique Woodley, age 25, of 292 W 38th Street Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 17, 2012 for Theft by Shoplifting and Operation of Vehicle without Valid Tag. Woodley was released on $3,000 bond.

Brian Hall Keast, age 30, of 92 Love Hill Road Ringgold, GA was arrested July 18, 2012 for Robbery, Possession of Schedule II Drugs, Crossing State / County Guard Line with Weapons, Intoxicants or Drugs without Consent and Driving on Revoked or Suspended License. Bond has been set at $14,500. Keast remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jack Chandler Pedigo, age 24, of 172 Oak Circle Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 18, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Pedigo remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Dean S. Randolph, age 27, of 3920 Bennett Road Chattanooga, TN was arrested July 18, 2012 for Aggravated Assault and Criminal Damage to Property 2nd Degree. Randolph was released on $10,000 bond.

Joseph O. Riccitiello, age 29, of 281 Autumn Road Mineral Bluff, GA was arrested July 18, 2012 for Possession of Schedule II Drugs and Hold for Fannin County Sheriff’s Office. Bond has been set at $5,000. Riccitiello remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Jeremiah Ross, age 33, of 101 Piney Wood Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 18, 2012 for a Probation Violation. No bond has been set. Ross remains incarcerated at CCDC.

Angel Marie Jenkins, age 35, of 144 Karen Drive Ringgold, GA was arrested July 19, 2012 for Distribution of Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz. Jenkins was released on $10,000 bond.

Michael Andrew Rogers, age 21, of 2680 Straw Hill Road Cleveland, TN was arrested July 19, 2012 for Theft by Taking. Rogers was released on $5,000 bond.


 



Chattanooga Police Officer Arrested For Domestic Assault

Chattanooga Police Officer Brian Smith was arrested Thursday for domestic simple assault.   The criminal investigation has been completed by the CPD Family Violence Unit; however, the internal affairs investigation is still ongoing.   Officer Smith has been relieved from duty with pay pending the outcome of the IA investigation.    (click for more)
