Memorial announced officers and new members of the Memorial Health Care System Board of Directors.
Katherine Lindgren, PhD, RN, CCRN, director of the School of Nursing at the University of Tennesseeat Chattanooga, is serving as chair for a second term.
Charles L. Arant, president of the Tennessee Aquarium, is chair-elect and immediate past chair.
Sister Judith Raley, SCN, will continue serving as secretary of the board.
New members of the board include John F. Boxell, MD, retired head and neck surgeon,David B. Dodson, MD, internal medicine specialist, and William P. Warren, MD, cardiologist.
