The 100 Dinner To Benefit Crabtree Farms

Tickets are now on sale for Crabtree Farms’ 2nd annual The 100 Dinner, a unique dinner in the fields of Crabtree Farms with music, wine, beer and local food on June 16 at 6 p.m.

This special meal for 100 people features local food from within 100 miles of Chattanooga, with delicious dishes grilled on site by Chef Daniel Lindley of St. John’s, Chef Eric Taslimi, and Chef Matt Marcus of Hennen’s.  212 Market Restaurant will provide dessert. 

 Entertainment includes bluegrass music from Chattanooga favorites, The New Binkley Brothers.

 

A silent auction of local goods will take place during the dinner.  Beer from Chattanooga Brewing Company, wine and non-alcoholic beverages are provided with ticket cost of $100. 

All proceeds go to fund Crabtree Farms’ Educational and Outreach Programs.

Crabtree Farms is located at 1000 East 30th St.

Directions: Take I-24 to Rossville Blvd South Exit. Turn right at the 4th road, which is E. 30th Street. Stay straight down the center road until the dead end. Go through the green gates at the cul-de-sac and turn right up to the big red and gray barn.  COST

Proni’s – Don’t Be Paranoid, It’s Just Pizza!

Dog Fighting Operation Uncovered On Talledega Avenue

TBI was executing a narcotics search warrant at 6302Talladega Ave. in Chattanooga on Friday and uncovered a dog fighting operation. City May Move Forward On $47 Million Wilcox Tunnel Project

City officials may move forward on a $47 million project to upgrade the narrow Wilcox Tunnel through Missionary Ridge. The City Council on Tuesday is to consider a resolution to apply for a $25 million federal TIGER grant. The city would still have to come up with $21,825,000 through "local funds or grants."
