Grace Academy senior forward Michaela Estill signed papers Tuesday to attend Toccoa Falls College of Toccoa, Georgia.

The senior captain of the Lady Golden Eagles, a four year starter, has earned All-District, All-Tournament, and All-Region honors. Estill was also named the MVP of the District Tournament for her performance during this past seasons District Championship victory.

Grace Academy women’s coach Leslie Compton feels that Estill’s defensive intensity and court awareness, coupled with her leadership abilities will help her succeed quickly at the collegiate level.

Toccoa Falls assistant coach Joel Ballew anticipates that Estill will fit well into the Lady Eagles new style of high pressure defense and full court offense.

Estill, the daughter of Pastor and Mrs. Vince Estill of Rossville, Georgia will be studying Elementary Education at the northeast Georgia Christian liberal arts college. Estill, who carries a 4.08 g.p.a., is graduating third in her class. She will also be receiving the Leadership Scholarship from Toccoa Falls.
