A firm that will provide conveyor systems for the new Volkswagen plant is locating in Ooltewah.
Bryan Rudisill, CCIM, SIOR and Jeff Jennings, CCIM, each of NAI Charter, handled the lease of 38,000 square feet of space to Moll Systems US, LLC.
The tenant in the transaction was represented by Mr. Rudisill and the landlord was represented by Mr. Jennings.
Founded in 1918, the German based Moll has an annual turnover of 75 million Euros and is one of the world’s strongest performing companies in the fields of conveyor systems, custom-built machinery and process engineering.
Moll’s entrance into the Chattanooga market will be in space leased from Castlerock Leasing, LLC. The facility is located at 8920 Transport Lane just off Mountain View Road near exit 11 of I-75.
Another 30,000 square feet remains available in another building on the property. Jeff Jennings is handling the leasing. He can be reached at 267-6549.
