Chattanooga’s SunTrust Bank Thursday announced the completion of the remodel of its Main Office location. During the week of Nov. 9 guests can stop by the branch, located at 736 Market St., to help celebrate the new look and enjoy treats from Smoothie King, Market Street Tavern, and other local businesses.
The branch hasn’t been fully renovated since the building was constructed in 1968 by American National Bank. The branch now boasts an updated teller line, safety glass, improved workstations, and a conference room that SunTrust is planning to loan out to community partners to use for meetings.
“Our goal is to make it easier for our customers to do their banking business with SunTrust,” said Sue Culpepper, city president. “This newly remodeled branch provides our customers with a more updated and solid choice for deciding when, where and how they choose to do their banking.”
Scott Hibberts is the branch manager who oversees a staff of 10 employees. The branch hours are Monday–Thursday: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
