Why East Ridge Floods posted November 5, 2009 The city of East Ridge has allowed contractors to fill all the natural spillways to build on. The water has nowhere to go. Camp Jordan park was a huge spillway; they filled it with sewage and dirt to bring the level's up. Cedar Glenn was a spillway; they allowed it to be filled. Where the church is at Frawley road and Ringgold Road was a spillway. There was a spillway where the BiLo store is. It goes on and on. Gilbert Tonka |
