The city of East Ridge has allowed contractors to fill all the natural spillways to build on. The water has nowhere to go. Camp Jordan park was a huge spillway; they filled it with sewage and dirt to bring the level's up. Cedar Glenn was a spillway; they allowed it to be filled. Where the church is at Frawley road and Ringgold Road was a spillway. There was a spillway where the BiLo store is. It goes on and on.
