Alvia Genne Campbell, 75, died on Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2009, at Memorial Hospital.
He was retired from the city of Lafayette, Tn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Anna Belle Campbell.
He is survived by his children, Kathy (Mark) Crawley, AnTerry W. Hicks, Tammy Adams, Allan Barnes and Larry Barnes; grandchildren, Allen Crawley, Andrew Crawley, Cody Luttrell, Cori Luttrell, Cayli Luttrell, Sara Adams, Ben Adams, Travis Barnes, Ashlyn Barnes, Sara Barnes, Chase Barnes, Tyler Barnes, Melinda Gallagher. Special friends, James and Peggy Crawley and Bethany Daniels.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7, at the City Cemetery of Lafayette, Tn.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Hospice of Chattanooga.
