The Power Plant Ministry Center presents "Light Up the Night" Carnival on Saturday, October 31, from 5-9 p.m. The free admission will include carnival games, inflatable moon walks, cake walk, trackless train rides, candy & prizes, music & drama, and a puppet show. There will be over 200 prizes & giveaways including 2 Tickets to Dollywood. For more information call 423 892-8979. The church is located at 3975 Brainerd Road, next to the Bi-Lo.
