Dr. Don Flanagan had the high bid for the upscale home at 2129 Clematis Dr.
The home was built in 2000 by Tony Williams and has been occupied by him since then.
Henry Glascock of John Dixon & Associations Auction, said the deal is still pending acceptance by Mr. Williams. It was not an "absolute" auction.
