Ramsey Takes Senior Championship

FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- Todd Burgan defeated Danny Green in 19 holes and won the 2009 TGA Match Play Championship on Friday at the Vanderbilt Legends Club.
The win was Burgan's first individual state championship title.
In the morning semifinals, Burgan defeated top-seeded Jonathan Fly, 2 up, and Green beat Matt King, 6 and 4.
The final match was evenly matched as only hive holes were won throughout the entire match.
Burgan never led in the match until his birdie on the 19th hole, which won him the match.
RAMSEY WINS SENIORS
Jack Ramsey defeated Larry Dupre, 2 up, and won the seniors title Friday.
It was Ramsey's first individual state title.
He had to make eight birdies in Friday's match to earn the championship over Dupree, the 2008 champion.
