Effie Redden Ingle, 89, of Soddy Daisy, died on Monday, June 29, 2009 in a local hospital.
She was a member of the Daisy Church of God for 64 years.
Mrs. Ingle was preceded in death by husband of 60 years, J.E. "Curly" Ingle; parents, Alonzo and Missouri Redden, and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her sons, James (Dot) Ingle Jr. and Roger (Ann) Ingle, of Cleveland; daughters, Connie (Larry) Gray, of Harrison; grandchildren, Josh (Leslie) and Faith Ingle, Penny and Jimmy Leffew, Susan Rearden, Wade and Tammy Smith; great-grandchildren, Mandi, Nick, Bailey, Jaxon and Jaydon; several nieces and nephews, and special friend, Edra Miller.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Estill Sanders and Bishop Sam Phillips officiating.
Interment will follow the service at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Charles Ingle, David Parker, Josh Ingle, Nick Leffew, Wade Smith and Jimmy Leffew serving as pallbearers.
Family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
