New Jersey Woman Says Overstreet Owes More Than $30,000 In Child Support
posted November 9, 2008

A New Jersey woman says the Rev. Eugene Overstreet owes her over $30,000 in child support.

Overstreet has been in the news as the cooperating witness used by the FBI in the case against former Sheriff Billy Long.

A petition filed in Hamilton County Chancery Court says an order was entered in the Superior Court of Hudson County, N.J., in favor of Glenda Wilson.

It says she is owed $30,302 in child support for their child, Kasaun T. Wilson, who is now 20.

The petition says the judgment is being moved here to try to collect on it.

It was brought by attorneys for the state of Tennessee Child Support Division.
