An affidavit in East Ridge City Court outlines how an East Ridge High School senior allegedly molested three girls.
Michael Linam Jr., 18, of 421 Broughton St., is due in East Ridge City Court on Nov. 18 at 5 p.m.
He was given $1,000 bonds on each of five counts of sexual battery.
East Ridge Officer A. Brooks said he was contacted by East Ridge High School Principal Mark Bean on a sexual harassment claim by a female student.
He said he then spoke with the girl, who said Linam had been harassing her by tickling her and running his hand up her shirt and touching her breast. She said he continued after he was asked to stop several times.
The officer said he spoke with the girl's father, who said he wished to prosecute Linam.
Officer Brooks said a second girl who said Linam sat face to face with her and began tickling her. She said she asked him to stop and he began rubbing her private area. She said she asked him several times to stop, but he refused.
The girl said this happened during first block while they were watching a film.
The mother of this girl said she wanted to prosecute.
Officer Brooks spoke with a third girl who said Linam had rubbed her inner thigh and came up to her later and grabbed her from behind - groping her breasts.
Several students said they had witnessed the incidents.
Officer Brooks said Linam admitted touching two of the three girls.
