Betty Sue "Susie" Chapman, 76, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, October 3, 2008 in a local hospital.
She was born October 31, 1931 to the late Harley and Mary Jo Banks.
Mrs. Chapman was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, Hamilton Congregation and was employed as an executive secretary for Image Illustrations for almost 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bill and Pat Banks.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Jamie and Kirk Biddle of Wilmington, N.C.; Gayle and Steve Maglione of Dallas, Ga.; grandsons, Nicholas, Brandon, Vincent, Joseph, and Alex Maglione; two great-granddaughters, Sofia and Isabel Maglione, all of the Atlanta area.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, at the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, any local Kingdom Hall or to the American Cancer Society.
