CSO 75th Anniversary Concert And Celebration Set For Sept. 13

Here are the upcoming Chattanooga Symphony & Opera events during September:

75th Anniversary Concert & Celebration with Stella Zambalis
Sept. 13, 8 p.m., Tivoli Theatre
The CSO will showcase classical, opera and pops music in a concert with soprano Stella Zambalis, followed by a birthday party. They will look back at history and honor all those—musicians and volunteers alike—who have made the CSO a success. The event will be black-tie optional. Tickets are $25, $50, and $75 and are available by phone at (423) 267-8583, online at www.chattanoogasymphony.org or at the CSO box office at 630 Chestnut Street.

Beethoven Ninth
Sept. 25 and 26, 8 p.m., Tivoli Theatre
CSO Chorus and guest pianist Sin-Hsing Tsai will present Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony and Choral Fantasy. Tickets start at $19 and are available by phone at (423) 267-8583, online at chattanoogasymphony.org or at the CSO box office at 630 Chestnut Street. Children 12 and under can attend this performance for free.
