State Community College welcomes new employee Jennifer L. Griffin, who was recently hired as the coordinator of recruitment and enrollment development at CSCC.
Ms. Griffin is a native of Lakeland, Fla., and a graduate of Lee University where she received her bachelor of science degree in business administration.
Prior to accepting the position, Ms. Griffin was employed at Lee University as the associate director of admissions where she developed and implemented the new communication plan for the admissions office and was a member of both the retention and admissions committees. She was also the leader of the Admissions Project Team for implementation of the University’s Datatel Colleague system.
“I have worked in higher education before and really enjoyed that environment, and so that is what made me want to apply for this position,” stated Ms. Griffin. “I love Cleveland State. The atmosphere, the people; everything has been great. The people are very friendly which makes it a fun environment to come into.”
Jason Sewell, CSCC Director of Student Relations, said, “We are excited to have Jennifer on board and feel her positive attitude and years of experience will make her a successful addition to Cleveland State.”
“In her spare time, Ms. Griffin enjoys reading and traveling.
