Property Sold To 2 Purchasers At 1901 E. 29th St.

Property at 1901 E. 29th St. has been sold in a $545,900 deal, Chad Wamack, vice president managing director and E. Parker Wamack, vice president of Grubb & Ellis/Hudson announced.

It includes 4.4 acres of land and improvements totaling over 15,000 square feet.

Reed Enterprises sold the property to two separate purchasers - Orchard Knob Properties, LLC and WeatherShield Properties, LLC.

Robert Fisher, of Re/Max Renaissance Realtors, represented WeatherShield Properties, LLC.

Pioneer Title Agency handled the closing. Marion Environmental, Inc. did the environmental assessment. The RLS Group performed the survey work.
