Emily Jean “Jeanie” Stafford, 60, of East Ridge, died on July 17, 2008.
Jeanie worked in the medical field and was a former member of the Ladies Shrine and Ladies Auxiliary, of American Legion, Post No. 95.
She was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Madge Harper Brown.
She is survived by her loving husband, Fred L. Stafford; children, Jamie Pendygraft, Jerry Michael Pendygraft, Kelly Stephens and Jodi Taylor; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Visitation will be in St. Paul’s Episcopal Church on Tuesday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
The Rev. and Honorable Sam Payne and Rev. Suzanne Smitherman will conduct the service in the church on Tuesday at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Hospice, 7625 Hamilton Park Drive, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421, or St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 305 West 7th Street, Chattanooga, Tn. 37402.
