McIntosh, Seavey Join Crye-Leike, Realtors

Marti McIntosh has rejoined Crye-Leike, Realotrs in the Ooltewah branch office located at 5913 Ooltewah-Ringgold Road. She previously worked for Crye-Leike from 2002-2005. Ms. McIntosh is now transferring her license back to Crye-Leike from Bender Realty where she worked as an affiliate broker for a year.

“I started my real estate career with Crye-Leike, Realtors and left after three years, but now I feel like I have returned home,” said Ms. McIntosh. “Crye-Leike is a wonderful company that has great tools to help new and experienced agents alike, and they are always on the cutting edge of technology and marketing. I am excited to be back at Crye-Leike and look forward to working with all the great agents in the company again.”

Ms. McIntosh is a licensed affiliate broker assisting buyers and sellers in Tennessee and Georgia. In Tennessee, she works with clients in Hamilton County. In Georgia, she works with clients in Catoosa and Walker Counties. MS. McIntosh specializes in residential real estate with a focus on first-time homebuyers, relocation, investment properties, and new home construction.

She is a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Ms. McIntosh has her professional designation of Graduate Realtors Institute.

“I love the feeling of closing on a transaction and knowing that my clients are happy and that they feel like I have represented them well and have worked hard on their behalf,” said Ms. McIntosh. “The greatest thrill of all is to know that my clients enjoyed the experience and that they would think of me first for their next transaction.”

Ms. McIntosh lives in Chattanooga with her husband Terry. They have three grown children Jessica, Brooke, and John and also have grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren every chance she gets. Ms. McIntosh and her husband are members of Woodland Park Church and work with a ministry called Helping Make a Difference. Ms. McIntosh has also served her community for over three years by being on the advisory board of Hope and Help International, which is a mission to India.

Diana Seavey has also joined Crye-Leike, Realtors in the Ooltewah branch office located at 5913 Ooltewah-Ringgold Road.

Ms. Seavey is a licensed realtor assisting buyers and sellers in and around Walker, Bradley, Hamilton, Sequatchie, Polk, Catoosa, Meigs, and McMinn counties. She specializes in residential real estate with a focus on investment/foreclosures, multi family, first-time homebuyers, relocation, condominium and town homes and land.

Ms. Seavey is a member of the River Counties Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a certified relocation and certified REO agent.

“I understand that making a real estate purchase is usually a life changing event for the buyer and seller so it is important to me that I take a hands on approach to my business, getting involved in any aspect I’m qualified for,” said Ms. Seavey. “I try to listen carefully to what my Client wants.”

Ms. Seavey has been in the real estate profession for five years. She was also a preschool teacher for 12 years. Ms. Seavey served on the committee for the Tennessee Disability Coalition on Education, was a graduate Member of the Partners In Policymakers Leadership Group for Tennessee, and was a council member for the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities.

Ms. Seavey lives in Cleveland with her husband Bill. They have four children. Ms. Seavey is member of the North Cleveland Church of God and enjoys reading and horseback riding in her spare time.

“Real estate is more than just a business to me because it is also a personal part of my life,” said Ms. Seavey. “I enjoy really getting to know and help people find the right property and make the right fit for their needs.”
