Westley Thomas, 60, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, May 9, 2008 in a local hospital.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Ruth Cofer Cmetery.
His body will lie in state on Wednesday after 9:30 a.m.
Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home of Chattanooga, Inc.
