Dr. Kay Lindgren, Director of the School of Nursing and UC Foundation Professor at UTC, has received $6,968 from the Health Resources and Services Administration to provide scholarships for economically disadvantaged nursing students.
Scholarships will be available for deserving full-time graduate and undergraduate students. These funds will allow UTC to recruit and retain talented nursing students who might not otherwise have the financial means to complete the nursing program.
