Football season tickets for the 2008 University of Tennessee at Chattanooga season are now on sale, Athletics Department officials announced Thursday.
Chattanooga Football offers fans an entertaining sporting event at affordable prices in beautiful downtown Finley Stadium. Season ticket holders can enjoy significant savings over the single-game ticket price, as much as a 17-percent savings.
"We believe that fans will not find a better family value for their entertainment dollar than a Chattanooga Mocs football game in 2008," Athletics Director Rick Hart said. "Our goal is to make Finley Stadium the place to be on every home football Saturday and to offer a family-friendly, fun experience for fans of all ages."
Adult season tickets are just $50 for general admission and $100 for reserved chairback seating. A youth 17 years and younger pays just $25 for a general admission season ticket.
UTC staff, employees and alumni receive the special rate of $25 for general admission seats, while UTC staff can purchase reserved seat tickets for just $50.
All six home games are included in the package – Cumberland University, Jacksonville State, Georgia Southern, Elon, Appalachian State and Samford.
Chattanooga season ticket holders receive the option to purchase tickets to away games at Oklahoma Aug. 30 and at Florida State Sept. 13 as well as the option to order tickets to the 2008 NCAA Division I Football Championship Game before they go on sale to the general public. Oklahoma and Florida State tickets must be ordered by June 16.
Reserved-seat season ticket holders have the option to purchase a VIP parking pass for Finley Stadium.
All new season ticket orders prior to July 1 receive a 10-percent discount on the total cost.
In a new feature this year, season ticket patrons will receive a Show and Tell Pass. Chattanooga Athletics will encourage each fan to show a friend the Mocs gameday experience on a home football Saturday with four free tickets to any Mocs home game.
Tickets can be purchased on-line by visiting UTC’s official Athletics website, www.GoMocs.com. Ticket orders can also be placed at the McKenzie Arena box office or by calling the ticket office at 423-266-6627.
