Jeff was a 2003 graduate of Lakeview-Ft. Oglethorpe High School and was formerly employed with Taco Bell in East Ridge.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Jennifer Renee Ponder Smith, and grandparents, George and Geneva Ponder, and Flora and Gaskell Tharp.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, William and Anita Tharp; mother and stepfather, Mattie and Claude Kilby; fiancé, Heather Thomas; brother, Cole Tharp; sister, Lisa Wilson; several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Rev. Gene Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
