This week Crime Stoppers and Chattanooga Police Property Crimes Investigators are looking for the subjects responsible for burglarizing the Smoke 1 at 2101 McCallie Ave. on April 22.
Sometime in the night the owner of Smoke 1 said two subjects kicked in the front door of his business and stole an estimated 300 cartons of cigarettes.
Smoke 1 has provided a video surveillance of the suspects driving up in front of the business in a gray or silver Ford Taurus. One of the suspects was wearing a full face mask. However, one of their faces is clearly seen on the video. The suspects ransacked the storage area and took approximately $8,500 in cartons of cigarettes.
The suspect’s vehicle was last seen traveling east on McCallie Avenue and then south on Duncan Avenue.
