Linda Carpenter, 60, of Signal Mountain, died on Tuesday, May 06, 2008, in a local hospital.
She was a member of Signal Mountain Church of God and was preceded in death by her husband, David Clark Carpenter, Sr., her parents, two brothers and a sister.
She is survived by her daughter, Christy Frisbee; son, David Carpenter, Jr.; loving sisters, Shelby (Red) Clark and Barbara (Buddy) Scallia; grandchildren, Alyson Frisbee, Jacob, Tyler and Addison Carpenter; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Ashley Yarbrough.
Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. on Friday at Chattanooga Memorial Park.
Arrangements will be announced by Lane Funeral Home, Coulter Chapel, 601 Ashland Terrace.
