James Company Brokers Attend Spirit Of Innovation Luncheon posted May 1, 2008 The brokers had an opportunity to visit the various booths and see first-hand some of the developments and hear about some of the innovations taking place in the community. Company President and Managing Broker, James Perry, commented “it is an exciting time to be showcasing our city to newcomers.” “Events like this give us the opportunity to keep a pulse on what is happening in our region,” said Pamela Tyler. The James Company represented several new executives and their families as they relocated to Chattanooga last year. Additionally, their commercial brokers assisted several out of town investors who realized the value of investing in the region. “We are proud to be goodwill ambassadors introducing newcomers to our fine City,” said native Brenda Purcell. “Our work does not stop at selling real estate. Often we are influential in sharing information about job opportunities and careers for trailing spouses, continuing educational opportunities, as well as civic and volunteer opportunities. We find that folks want to quickly get connected and plug into what’s happening.” |
