Think hard. Play the game. Crack the code. If you think you are ready for a real adventure, Ravenchase is just for you. Use riddles, anagrams, puzzles, actors, the far reaches of imagination and more, on an adventure race that will lead you through Chattanooga's landmarks, institutions and countryside. Watch out, though - it may be more fun than you can handle.
This summer, a national adventure-designing organization is branching out into Chattanooga. In a kick-off event scheduled for June 2, known as the "Great Chattanooga Chase," players all around Chattanooga will follow treasure maps and solve ciphers in search of a treasure chest
While the event is open to the public, pre-registration is required via the website at www.ravenchase.com at the cost of $20 per player. Geared toward adults, but fun enough for the whole family, the "Great Chattanooga Chase" is sure to intrigue and entertain.
Ravenchase is the best thing that has happened to guide your adventure since the compass. For large groups working in teams or for smaller crowds, families and groups of friends, Ravenchase will deliver a first clue and other must-have information (supplies and gadgets you should prepare) prior to the event.
When solved, the first clue will reveal the race start time and location. Ravenchase staff will meet each group at the adventure start location to provide basic instructions, helpful hints, handmade treasure maps and some of the remaining clues (some clues may need to be discovered along the adventure). Solve all the clues in the shortest amount of time and you win the race. The final answer in the race will
ultimately lead everyone to the chosen destination where tales will be told and fabulously tacky trophies and bragging rights will be awarded (and libations poured.)
