Five Chattanooga women have been arrested after a shoplifting run through a Walmart in East Knoxville.
When police arrived on the scene they were told the women were working together to try to make a large haul of merchandise. One of the women was acting as a lookout.
When officers began pursuing them they left the loot behind and tried to get away. However, they were all taken into custody.
Dimeshia Kirk, 29, was charged with burglary, evading arrest, criminal trespass and being a fugitive from Hamilton County and from Bartow County, Ga.
Linda Green, 31, was charged with felony theft.
Keoshia Starling, 24, was charged with burglary, criminal impersonation, criminal trespassing and being a fugitive from Bartow County, Ga.
Dutchess Lykes, 28, and Kylia Bailey, 22, are each charged with burglary and criminal trespassing.
