Calvin Cross Kilgore, 69, of Jasper, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth “Beth” Kilgore; second wife, Rennie Kilgore; parents, R.G. & Bethel Kilgore; grandparents and great grandparents; and sisters and brothers, Minnie Scott, Archie Dick and John Kilgore.
Those left to cherish his memories are his children, William Anthony Goodrich, William Thomas Parker, of Chattanooga and Ryan (Ashley) Parker, of Jasper; brother, Sheddie (Jannis) Kilgore, of Whitwell; sister in law, Rose Kilgore, of Jasper; five grandchildren, Coy, Emily, Rylee, Kaleigh and Liam; nieces and nephews, Robert, Shane, Sheddie G., Elaine and Shaw; and a host of friends.
Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 17 and from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 18.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 19 in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Ronnie Vandergriff, LeVaughn Flanders and George Ashburn officiating. Interment at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper with military honors provided by Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard.
