Hardwick-Hogshead Apartments, Nearby Fountain Square Buildings Sell For Over $11 Million

The Hardwick-Hogshead Apartments, with nearby buildings at Fountain Square, have sold for over $11 million.

The sale was to Eh Hogshead Llc from Cbb Real Estate Partners for $11,025,000.

The venerable apartments, dating to the early 1900s, are on Georgia Avenue near the Fireman's Fountain.
