Fingerprints have led to the arrest of Theodore Locklin in a home invasion on Willow Street.
Locklin, 48, of 3103 5th Ave., is charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.
In the incident last Wednesday, an Hispanic woman said a black male broke into her residence through a window. She said he came into her living room and demanded money.
The woman said when she told him she had no money, the man grabbed her and struck her with a taser in her back and neck. She said he ripped her shirt off as she ran away from him. The man then left.
No items were reported stolen from the residence.
She described him as at least 5'8", 155 pounds, in his 40s, having a short afro and a little bit of a beard that was all black. He had on a red shirt and brown shorts.
Police found a finger print on a window and a second similar print. The next day the prints came back as a match to Locklin.
Police said he matches the woman's description.
Locklin has an extensive criminal record for robbery, theft, burglary and other charges.
