Attorney Donna Mikel, a partner in the Chattanooga law firm of Burnette, Dobson & Pinchak, has been named as the 2018-2019 chair of the Executive Council of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section.
The section is comprised of 576 labor and employment practitioners in the state of Tennessee and hosts an annual Labor & Employment Forum in Nashville at the TBA headquarters.
Ms. Mikel has practiced employment law for 18 years in Chattanooga and has served on the Council for the past four years.
