Mixed-Use Project Planned at 7.9-Acre Site At 1601 Holtzclaw Avenue

A mixed-use project is planned on a 7.9-acre property at 1601 Holtzclaw Avenue.

The application for redevelopment is by Miken Development.

Rock Tenn Converting Company owns the property.

The request is to rezone from M-1 Manufacturing Zone to UGC Urban General Commercial Zone for a mixed use development including single-family attached, multi-family, live/work, and commercial. 

The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
