  • Thursday, July 5, 2018

Developer Calvin Ball is proposing to tear down a house he said is dilapidated on 12th Street and build three new homes at the site.

He is seeking to rezone the site at 1506 E. 12th St. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-T/Z Residential Townhouse/Zero Lot Line Zone.

Mr. Ball said the new homes would be "similar to the homes recently constructed in the 1600 block of 12th Street."

The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
