Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division Seizes 32 Marijuana Plants

Earlier Wednesday morning, acting upon viable intelligence received from a tip, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division personnel served a search warrant in the 700 block of Retro-Hughes Road in Bakewell.

During the course of the search, narcotics personnel recovered approximately 32 marijuana plants from the residence.

The owner of the property, Derrick Flippo, was arrested and charged with possession with the intent of resale, convicted felon in possession of a firearm, manufacturing Marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

This is an active and ongoing investigation.
