  • Saturday, July 14, 2018

Third District Congressman Chuck Fleischmann on Friday filled 2nd quarter FEC reports showing his campaign's total cash on hand has increased to  $1,169,793..

Rep. Fleischmann said, "We've been very fortunate. We have just ended a robust campaign quarter and have continued to be able to increase our cash on hand throughout the primary campaign. The money we’ve raised is consistent with the support we have received across the district and the state of Tennessee."

Rep. Fleischmann is running for re-election in the Aug. 2 Republican Primary and will face Democratic opposition in the General Election on Nov. 6.

Campaign spokesman Dalton Temple stated, "Our campaign has worked diligent across the district in all 11 counties. We worked hard to be well prepared and we are. The money this campaign has raised shows the support of the district in our primary election as well as our general election in November. This is a statement that they want Congressman Fleischmann to remain their Congressman, and continue being an effective leader."
