Junior Albert Hicks, 90, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June, 20, 2018.

He was born in Madisonville, Tn., and was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Ollie Hicks; brothers, Raymond, Glenn and Curtis Hicks; sisters, Marie Hicks Mckee and Ruth Hicks Rogers, and a daughter, Deborah Hicks Harvey.

Junior served in the Army in Germany and retired from Mueller Company in Chattanooga.  He was a member of Bayside Baptist Church and the Joy Sunday School class.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Betty; his daughter, Cindy (Belew); grandsons, Ben (Erin) and Kyle Harvey, Guy and Harrison Belew; granddaughter, Bonnie Belew Mellish (Alan) and great grandchildren, Bennett and Caroline Harvey, Brett, David and Rachel Mellish.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Grady Cooper officiating.  Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
