Pianist At Ridgedale Baptist Church Worked For Loveman's Department Store

Barbara Butler Ketcham went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 19, 2018.  

She was an active member of Ridgedale Baptist Church and the Friendship Sunday School Class where she was the Sunday School Class pianist for over 20 years. She worked for more than 15 years at Lovemans Department Store at Eastgate Mall.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard L. “Larry” Ketcham; daughter Carol Lynn Ketcham and son, Steven Lawrence Ketcham.

Survivors include a son, Gary Ketcham of Chattanooga and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 24, at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road with Dr. Doug Plumlee officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Friendship Sunday School Class. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery on Monday.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. on Saturday, June 23, at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Building Fund at Ridgedale Baptist Church 1831 Hickory Valley Road, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421.
