Wallace, Elverta Keith

Elverta Keith Wallace, a lifelong resident of Chattanooga died at the age of 97, in Oxford, Georgia.

She was a member of Scott Memorial Church of God and was employed by Roberson Insurance Agency for a number of years. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion Judson and Beulah Keith; her daughter, Clarice Wallace Crabtree; a granddaughter, April Lynn Crabtree; three sisters and a brother. 

She is survived by her son, James C. (Patricia) Wallace, Jr. and a daughter, Carolyn Wallace Harned; four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 29, from noon until 1:30 p.m. at Scott Memorial Church of God. The funeral will follow at 1:30 p.m. with Minister Danny Pinter officiating. Ms. Wallace will be laid to rest in Chattanooga Memorial Park Cemetery.
