Eversley, Frances Jean

Frances Jean Eversley, 79, passed away on May 18, 2018, in Marietta, Ga.

She was born to the late James Smith and Ruby Lindsey. Frances was born and raised in Chattanooga and was a 1959 graduate of Howard High School. She was a lifelong member of Bethel AME Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, James and Nathaniel Lindsey; sisters, Lorine Ware, Patricia Higgins, and Shirley Jackson. 

She leaves to cherish her memories her son, Kevin (Terrisita) Eversley, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Stallion and Lula Cooper, other relatives and dear friends.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, May 25, at the funeral home.

The funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, May 26, at Bethel AME Church, at 2000 Walker Street, Chattanooga, Tn. 37404. Reverend A.J. Holman will officiate.
