Claudia Louise Ward, 74, of Rossville, passed away May 17th, 2018 in a local hospital. Claudia was a former employee of Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Elva Saunders; a brother, Thomas Saunders; and two sisters, Peggy Halen and Silky Bibbo.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, James E. Ward; her children, James A. (Sandra) Ward, Rebecca Murray and Diane (Allan) McMullen; two nephews that she reared, Paul and William Hale; a dear faithful sister, Kathy Cordell; and several other nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Fairview United Methodist Church on Monday May 18 from 11 a.m. until noon. A memorial service will follow at noon, led by Rev. Ronald Ragon.
