Rebecca Elizabeth Sexton, 59, of Rossville, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, April 20, 2018. She was born to the late Lacey Leland and Joyce Jean Wright Sexton in Chattanooga and was a member of Canaan Baptist Church. She enjoyed her picture books, watching game shows and listing to gospel music. Rebecca loved spending time with her family and “All Her Children”. She was a loving sister and aunt, who will be greatly missed.
Rebecca is survived by her sisters, Ama (David) Hayes, of Rossville and Joyce Williams, of Flintstone; brother, Robert (Teresa) Sexton, of Rossville; nieces and nephews, Robert, Joshua, Barron, Jarred, Zach, Brittani, Robert and Tanner; and several great nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 25 in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Carson Scarborough officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday and prior to the service on Wednesday.
