Parker Street In Cleveland To Be Closed On Saturday

The city of Cleveland will be closing a section of Parker Street from 11th Street to Billy Graham Avenue on Saturday, from 3-8 p.m. for Lee University’s Centennial Walking Tour.

Detour signs will be posted for alternative routes.

A Soddy Daisy man who robbed two credit union branches while unarmed has been sentenced to serve four years in federal prison. Jeffrey Rutherford, 35, appeared before Judge Travis McDonough.
