Glory Road Baptist Church, 3336 Lakeview Dr. in Rossville will hold a "Glory Road Benefit" on Saturday, April 21, 11 a.m.-8  p.m.  Admission is free, donations will be accepted.

Organizers said, "Glory Road Baptist Church has served the Rossville/Ft. Oglethorpe community for 15 years.  They have sponsored benefits for cancer survivors, veterans, homeless, funeral expenses and others.  They are now in need for themselves, having lost members due to death and people moving away from this area.  His Call Gospel Ministries is sponsoring a fundraiser to help the church with general and monthly operating expenses with a Gospel Concert and Mini Revival.

"There will be singing, old fashioned preaching, BBQ and good fellowship.
Singers already committed include:  Living Right Trio, Deborah Sansing, Clarence Garrett, The Mays Family, His Call Gospel Singers, Rose Whitaker, Renee Barton, Howard Yarbrough and The Carpenter's Praise Band, with more to come.

"We invite the community to come out and support this wonderful church and enjoy a day of celebration to our Lord and Savior.  Donations will be accepted and 100 percent of the funds raised will go toward the church's expenses."
