Earl Varnell Poole, age 76, of Sale Creek, passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018.
Varnell was retired from DuPont Corporation.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kerry Poole, who passed on March 22, 1988.
Varnell is survived by his wife of 55 years, Martha Poole; daughter, Kristi Poole Moore and husband Vernon Moore, Sr.; grandchildren, Kevin and Haley; and great-grandchildren, Aiden and Oliver.
The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and concerns.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Private graveside service will be held in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
There will be a memorial service announced at a later date.
