Kathryn “Kay” Anne Dugan
Kathryn “Kay” Anne Dugan, 66, of Hixson, Tennessee passed away Monday, March 19, 2018.
A native of Port Arthur, Tex., she was a graduate of Denison University and had a master's from Ohio State. She was a teacher.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Dugan.
She is survived by her daughters, Kelly Dugan Marr and Laura Dugan; sons-in law, Adam Marr and Andrew Franco; granddaughters, Abby and Leah Marr; brother, Tim McKemy; sisters-in-law, Dee McKemy and Lin Storm, and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Hixson United Methodist Church, 5301 Old Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN.
A celebration of life service for Kay will follow at 2 pm on Saturday at the church with Pastor Reed Shell officiating.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Kay’s name to the Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga, 212 North Highland Park Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
