Rev. Charles W. McGowan
Rev. Charles W. McGowan, 79, of Harrison, Tn., passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018, at his home.
He was the son of the late L. B. McGowan, Sr. and Carrie Perfetti and was preceded in death by his three sisters, Elsie, Frieda, Jane and brother, L. B. McGowan, Jr.
The Navy veteran was retired from Unum Provident.
Survivors include his wife, Flora K. McGowan, of Harrison, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Sonny Ledford and Rev. Clint Ledford officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at the funeral home.
