RE/MAX Renaissance announced it has opened a new office in Hixson.
The broker of the office will be veteran Realtor Brenda Purcell. RE/MAX Renaissance makes the third RE/MAX office in the Chattanooga area for franchise owners Frances Vantrease and Beth Brock Dodson. "This office will cater to home owners and contractors alike in the Hixson, Middle Valley, and Soddy Daisy areas," said Ms. Vantrease.
The office is at 6204 Hixson Pike and opens with five real estate professionals with over 30 years of combined experience in both residential and commercial sales.
"Today, first time home buyers have more opportunities than ever before in our industry" Broker Purcell said.

Ms. Dodson described the office as a "classically styled boutique office with a warm welcoming environment for our agents and their clients alike."
RE/MAX Renaissance will serve clients from first time buyers to contractors to luxury home buyers. The company is projecting an increase in the luxury townhome and condo sales in the areas as well.
Ms. Dodson and Ms. Vantrease said they are thrilled to now have a presence in the Hixson area.
